Rob Chapman is a Development Manager for Zeida Lane Associates. Rob started his career in the Royal Navy where he worked as a Naval Nurse. On leaving the Navy in 1997 he went to Greenwich University to complete a certificate in Sales and Marketing followed by a period as a Medical Representative.
He was then a Branch Manager of a leading national Nursing agency in High Wycombe for several years until taking a position as an NHS Contracts Manager for a private hospital. His natural flare for IT is a welcome bonus for Zeida Lane Associates and he is responsible for all things computers and numbers.
From quite early on I got hooked and stayed on as the department evolved, finaly working with the Learning Disability Commissioners.
On leaving the local authority I teamed up with Helen and Angela and I am very proud to have been of setting set up this exciting Social Enterprise. It is incredibly rewarding working with individuals and professionals in the learning disability community and gives me great job satisfaction knowing that our work is making a difference to peoples' lives."

"My involvement in the development of services and support for people with learning disabilities was a complete accident but opened my eyes to how much work there was to do. On moving to East Sussex I worked as a temp whilst seeking more gainful employment and ended up working as a PA for the Head of Learning Disability Services. From quite early on I got hooked and stayed on as the department evolved, finaly working with the Learning Disability Commissioners.
