Our Consultancy Work
Our consultancy work takes us throughout the South East. We work with individuals and their families, Local Authorities, Voluntary Organisations, Services, Other Consultants and Health and Social Care professionals on research and development projects focussed on better ways of working.We work individuals and their families: To explore new ways of getting the things they want. We support people to make full use of current policies and available services with a strong emphasis on utilising social capital and community connections.
We work with Local Authoritaties: On projects looking at improving the way good support grows great lives, communication and carers issues.
We work with organisations and services: Developing good practice around person centred approaches, communication, personalisation and self directed support.
We work with Staff: With our qualified coaches we work with individuals and staff teams on Coaching, supervision and appraisal, resilience and well-being and managing change and implementing person centred approaches.
